Nachdem wir mit dem Projekt in Biel der welschen Schweiz n\u00e4hergekommen waren, nahm teamtischer in Genf eine echte Herausforderung an. Im CFF Gare de l’Aeroport hatte Dunkin‘ gleich zwei nebeneinanderliegende Ladengesch\u00e4fte gemietet. Weil Genf zu weit entfernt f\u00fcr eine \u00aballn\u00e4chtliche\u00bb Belieferung ab der Produktion Aathal ZH liegt, sollte der Standort ein eigenes kleines Finishing Center erhalten.\u00a0 Dessen Produktion soll zuk\u00fcnftig bis zu drei Standorte in und um Genf beliefern k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

teamtischer konzipierte und plante den Shop und das Finishing Center. Doch bevor es mit dem Bau losgehen konnte, warteten noch einige H\u00fcrden. Die Baueingabe – in Genf ein ganz \u00abspezielles\u00bb Erlebnis \u2013 lag n\u00e4mlich auch in unserer Verantwortung. Noch dazu galt es, den R\u00fcckbau der alten L\u00e4den (ein Juwelier und ein Chocolatier) im Auftrag des Liegenschaftsbesitzers SBB durchzuf\u00fchren. Und schon dieser R\u00fcckbau hatte es in sich: So hatte etwa der Juwelier seinen tonnenschweren Panzerschrank schlicht stehen gelassen. Ohne Schl\u00fcssel!<\/p>

Durch eine logistische und kr\u00e4ftem\u00e4ssige Parforceleistung gelang es uns, den riesigen Tresor aus dem Lokal zu schaffen und ihn der fachgerechten Entsorgung zuzuf\u00fchren. Der Safe war \u00fcbrigens leer!\u00a0<\/p>

Nach einem Corona-bedingten Baustopp wurden der neue Laden und das Finishing Center Mitte Juni in Betrieb genommen. Erfreulich f\u00fcr uns und besonders f\u00fcr unseren Kunden: Die Ums\u00e4tze entwickelten sich sofort sehr gut.
