Gedacht als Renovation

Ein langanhaltendes Projekt, das kann man sagen. Monate, gar Jahre dauerten Planung und Baueingabe. Und unz\u00e4hligen \u00abHerausforderungen\u00bb<\/strong> von Beh\u00f6rden galt es zu begegnen. Die rentable, jedoch etwas \u00abverbrauchte\u00bb Filiale von Domino\u2019s an der Avenue de Tivoli brauchte eine Auffrischung.<\/p>

Das Ladendesign<\/strong> entsprach nicht mehr den aktuellen Vorgaben, und die Beh\u00f6rden meldeten bei Kontrollen neue Anspr\u00fcche an L\u00fcftung, K\u00fchlung und Hygiene<\/strong>. Ausf\u00fchrungsdetails, die bei der Inbetriebnahme den Vorschriften entsprochen hatten, gen\u00fcgten aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorgaben nicht mehr und mussten umgehend angepasst werden.<\/p>

Lustiges Detail dazu: Das Arbeitsamt verlangte bei Kontrollbesuchen eine K\u00fchlung des Lokals, da die Pizza\u00f6fen zu viel W\u00e4rme produzierten und die Mitarbeitenden zu heiss h\u00e4tten. Die K\u00fchlung liess sich nur mit einer Klimaanlage<\/strong> erzielen. Die Baubeh\u00f6rden wiesen das Gesuch f\u00fcr den Einbau einer Klimaanlage aber ab. Der Amtsschimmel wieherte sehr laut. Die beiden Beh\u00f6rden<\/strong> an einen Tisch zu bringen erwies sich als schlicht unm\u00f6glich. Erst durch die steten Bem\u00fchungen von teamtischer und seinen Architekten konnte eine L\u00f6sung<\/strong> gefunden werden. Die \u00abRenovation\u00bb m\u00fcndete wegen dieser Anspr\u00fcche faktisch in einen Neubau<\/strong>. L\u00fcftung und K\u00fchlung<\/strong> wurden ebenso angepasst oder ersetzt, wie die Gasversorgung, B\u00f6den, W\u00e4nde, Decken und Innenausbauten.<\/strong> Nun fehlt nur noch die Inbetriebnahme<\/strong> der Klimaanlage<\/strong> mit der zur Kompensation vorgeschriebenen Solaranlage. Der Amtsschimmel wird auch hier wieder wiehern. Aber auch dieses Kapitel werden wir erfolgreich meistern.<\/p>

So mussten etwa L\u00fcftungs- und K\u00e4lteleitungen<\/strong>, f\u00fcr diesen Betrieb unabdingbar, durch mehrere Fremdobjekte<\/strong> (B\u00fcros, Keller, Praxen, Flachd\u00e4cher) gef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
