Thail\u00e4ndisch in Rapperswil? Das ist eben \u00abThai mit Knie\u00bb. Der Hintergrund wird klar, wenn man feststellt, dass Claudia Knie aus der bekannten, hier ans\u00e4ssigen Zirkusfamilie, das moderne Lokal zusammen mit der Interior Designerin Iria Degen gestaltet hat und dass Franco Knie senior dort oft gar selbst anzutreffen ist. Teamtischer durfte das interessante Projekt von der Konzeption im Januar 2024 \u00fcber die Baueingabe bis zur Realisierung und Er\u00f6ffnung im August 2024 begleiten. \u00a0<\/p>

Das Projekt beinhaltete einige Knackpunkte. So erwies sich die bestehende Haustechnik aufgrund des Alters als schlecht dokumentiert, weshalb clevere L\u00f6sungen bei den Themen Elektro, L\u00fcftung und K\u00e4lte gefragt waren. Entscheidend bei der Realisierung war dann, die \u00e4sthetischen Vorstellungen des Kunden passgenau umzusetzen. So wurde etwa die Theke beim Spezialisten in Italien auf Mass angefertigt. Dass f\u00fcr das Einbringen dieser Theke kurzfristig die ganze Schiebet\u00fcr ausgebaut werden musste, hinderte uns nicht, das Projekt on time zu \u00fcbergeben. Jetzt heisst es \u00abTaan hai a-roi\u00bb (en Guete) beim Besuch im Himmapan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
