Nach der Premiere des neuen KIKO Ladenkonzeptes in der Mall of Switzerland folgten dessen Rollouts im Avry Centre (FR) und im Emmen Center (LU). In Avry wechselte KIKO wegen einer Center-Restrukturierung den Standort, was faktisch einen Neubau des 73 m\u00b2 Shops im neuen Layout ergab. Diesen plante teamtischer als GU mit Projektleitung aus Pf\u00e4ffikon und Bauleitung durch das Team Romandie. Alle Gewerke, B\u00f6den, W\u00e4nde, Decken sowie Elektro- und HLK-Anlagen wurden unter teamtischer Leitung ausgef\u00fchrt. Im Emmen Center erhielt die bestehende, 83 m\u00b2 grosse Verkaufsfl\u00e4che ein Update zum neuen Konzept. Hier f\u00fchrte teamtischer ebenfalls als GU Anpassungen an Decke, Ladenfront, Rauschsch\u00fcrzen und Werbedisplays aus. Bei beiden Projekten wurden M\u00f6blierung und Beleuchtung die KIKO-Lieferanten unter klarer Koordination mit teamtischer geliefert und montiert, Und ja, auch das hat funktioniert!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
