Ein sehr altes Geb\u00e4ude nahe der ber\u00fchmten Genfer Plaine de Plainpalais spielte die Hauptrolle in diesem St\u00fcck. Seit Jahren bereits war dort ein gut frequentiertes Starbucks-Caf\u00e9 heimisch. Nun sollte das doch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Kaffeehaus in neuem Glanz erstrahlen. Und die Herausforderung hatte es in sich.<\/p>

Zus\u00e4tzlich zum f\u00fcr teamtischer bereits \u00abnormalen\u00bb Umbauszenario mit kurzer Bauzeit, den gewohnten \u00dcberraschungen, die beim Entfernen alter Bauteile stehts auftauchen und vielen involvierten Amtsstellen, ging es hier um eine Erweiterung des Lokals. Daf\u00fcr wurde eine bestehende Arztpraxis aufgel\u00f6st und in k\u00fcrzester Zeit zur\u00fcckgebaut. So wurde das gesamte Raumprogramm umgestellt, die Front- und Backbar g\u00e4nzlich neu aufgebaut und neue M\u00f6bel eingebracht und montiert.<\/p>

Im Untergeschoss wurden neue Mitarbeiterr\u00e4ume, B\u00fcro und Lager eingebaut und eine neue Zugangstreppe erstellt. Die Koordination und der Bau der neuen L\u00fcftung stellte besonders komplexe Anforderungen an unsere Planer. So mussten\u00a0 L\u00fcftungs- und K\u00e4lteleitungen, f\u00fcr diesen Betrieb unabdingbar, durch mehrere Fremdobjekte (B\u00fcros, Keller, Praxen, Flachd\u00e4cher) gef\u00fchrt werden.

Was beinahe unm\u00f6glich schien, liess sich dank unerm\u00fcdlichem Einsatz von teamtischer-Spezialisten und erfahrenen Gewerkepartnern in einer rekordverd\u00e4chtig kurzen Schliessungszeit von\u00a0 gerade einmal zweieinhalb Wochen bewerkstelligen.
