Von bautechnischer Seite betrachtet bedeutet \u00ab\u00e9tat brut\u00bb etwa so viel wie \u00abRohbau\u00bb. Beim Amplifon Projekt in Aigle verbargen sich jedoch hinter dieser Beschreibung eine geh\u00f6rige Anzahl von Fallstricken, die im Verlauf des Projektes noch etliche Herausforderungen stellen sollten. Die neue Filiale von Amplifon in Aigle wurde im Neubau<\/strong> eines direkt beim Bahnhof gelegenen Wohn- und Gesch\u00e4ftshauses erstellt. Die \u00abalte\u00bb Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle in Aigle pr\u00e4sentierte sich eng und bescheiden ausgestattet. Das sollte am neuen Standort viel besser werden.<\/p>

teamtischer hatte bereits im Vorfeld die Machbarkeit des Projektes betrachtet und eine entsprechende Grobkostensch\u00e4tzung<\/strong> mit Hinweisen auf die besonderen baulichen Voraussetzungen<\/strong> abgegeben. Anl\u00e4sslich der Baueingabe und Planung stellten sich spezifische Fragen im Bereich der Schnittstellen zum Grundausbau<\/strong>, die mit dem zust\u00e4ndigen Generalunternehmer in etlichen Besprechungen und langen Diskussionen zu kl\u00e4ren waren. Im Rahmen des Auftrages kreierte teamtischer die Raumaufteilung<\/strong> und die Einrichtung<\/strong>, plante die Bereiche Klima-L\u00fcftung und Elektro<\/strong> und erstellte die gesamten Unterlagen f\u00fcr die Baueingabe<\/strong>. Und auch die Bauausf\u00fchrung mit allen Gewerken wurde von teamtischer in der Funktion als Generalunternehmer<\/strong> vollst\u00e4ndig verantwortet. Mit ihrem Ambiente und der klugen Raumaufteilung unterscheidet sich das Gesch\u00e4ft nun deutlich vom alten Standort. Die Filiale Aigle von Amplifon, das zeigen die Bilder und beweisen die R\u00fcckmeldungen von Kunden und Personal, ist sehr gut gelungen und gef\u00e4llt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
