Auch hier agierte teamtischer als Generalunternehmer f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Gewerke. Weil sich das Ladenlokal in einem Shoppingcenter befindet, galt es, alle Aktivit\u00e4ten mit der Centerleitung oder mit deren hauseigenen Unternehmen abzusprechen. Bei Shoppingcentern ist es \u00fcblich, l\u00e4rmintensive Arbeitsg\u00e4nge ausserhalb der \u00d6ffnungszeiten auszuf\u00fchren. Deshalb wurde der R\u00fcckbau von Boden, W\u00e4nden, Decke und auch der Heizungs-, L\u00fcftungs- und Elektroinstallationen ausschliesslich nachts durchgef\u00fchrt. Der Neubau konnte dann, da weniger l\u00e4rmintensiv, meist tags\u00fcber erfolgen.<\/p>

Als Premiere wurde diesmal die Montage der Ladenausstattung durch teamtischer und nicht durch den M\u00f6bellieferanten ausgef\u00fchrt. Zus\u00e4tzlich mussten viele weitere Drittlieferanten-Termine sauber koordiniert werden. Dank reibungsloser Zusammenarbeit aller involvierter Partner konnte das Werk in etwas mehr als einem Monat erfolgreich vollendet werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
