Nach dem Schweizer Markteintritt im Emmen Center Ende 2024 ging es rasant weiter. Bei den f\u00fcnf Projekten Biel, Brunnen, Rapperswil, in der Mall of Switzerland Ebikon und im Glattzentrum war teamtischer GU-Partner. Dass jedes Projekt gleich und doch ganz anders ist, zeigt sich am Beispiel Biel. Eine Fl\u00e4che von 800 m\u00b2, verteilt auf drei Etagen, in der bestehende Strukturen wie B\u00f6den, W\u00e4nde und T\u00fcren angepasst oder neu errichtet und eine abgeh\u00e4ngte Decke eingebaut wurden. Bei so grossen Fl\u00e4chen sind die Anforderungen an Heizung, L\u00fcftung, Klima, Sanit\u00e4r und Elektrik besonders hoch, und der Brandschutz gestaltet sich sehr aufw\u00e4ndig. Anders war bei diesem Projekt, dass die Baustelle mitten in der Bieler Altstadt lag und der Bauvorplatz wegen Veranstaltungen zwei Mal vollst\u00e4ndig ger\u00e4umt und wieder aufgebaut werden musste. Alle f\u00fcnf Projekte wurden erfolgreich abgeschlossen und teamtischer freut sich auf die n\u00e4chsten Herausforderungen. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
