With the expansion of the Landquart Fashion Outlet in April/May 2026, no fewer than eight new brands moved into the center. Out of these, two entrusted teamtischer with the construction of their stores: “Coach”—the modern American fashion brand with a tradition rooted in quality and craftsmanship—and “Eleventy”—a brand founded in 2007 by Marco Baldassari and Paolo Zuntini, embodying the spirit of smart luxury and modern Milanese style.

Both shops were completed by teamtischer in less than two months. A short-notice contract award, an equally brief construction window, and some missing planning details at the start proved to be genuine challenges. The project became even more demanding due to tight delivery deadlines, for example for the air curtains. The resulting, true “rolling” planning process required additional staff or even the spontaneous stepping in of another trade partner towards the final stages. We proved it: two birds, one stone – no problem for us.
