Miramira (Spanish for “look, look”) was founded in Madrid in 2022 with the aim of offering affordable yet durable and trendy jewelry. The collections consist of robust, hypoallergenic, 14-karat gold-plated stainless steel. Distribution takes place online as well as via a franchise system with shops in prime locations and stores in major shopping centers. Today, the network spans more than 25 countries worldwide, with a strong focus on Europe.

For this project, teamtischer was responsible for executing the painting, plastering, electrical, flooring, plumbing, sprinkler, and HVAC trades. Special attention was paid to interface coordination with the center management and technical team—a particularly sensitive area in shopping malls, specifically regarding sprinklers, fire protection, air conditioning, and the emergency voice evacuation system (EVAK). teamtischer once again mastered the challenge, executing the work very rapidly after contract award—and with flying colors.
