At the new Läderach store in the Fashion Outlet Landquart, traditional chocolatier craftsmanship merges with a modern premium shopping experience. teamtischer accompanied the project from the very beginning of the concept phase and, as general contractor, took over the entire planning, budgeting, scheduling, tendering and awarding of all trades. In addition, the entire construction phase was supervised by our project and construction manager.

The project was completed within the regular schedule – including the climate system integrated into the ceiling. The latter posed a challenge due to long delivery times for the ceiling outlets, which caused a delay in the ceiling work. The final result is a true success: a precisely planned and executed build that perfectly showcases the brand’s premium shopping experience.
