Just in time for the big anniversary, the well-known traditional St. Gallen bakery Schwyter on Neugasse has virtually reinvented itself. teamtischer accompanied this outstanding project comprehensively and with all its areas of expertise.

The new store design was created by our interior designer, and the entire planning, procurement, and actual reconstruction were carried out by teamtischer project managers. All trades were carried out by us in cooperation with our trusted partner companies. In this project, we used showcases and cooling elements from our supplier CIAM for the first time.

After only three weeks of construction, the flagship store shines in a new look. The fine bakery products are perfectly presented in beautiful display cases and, thanks to the new arrangement, the café now looks larger and more coherent. For customers and employees, the new ambience feels magnificent. The Schwyter bakery is sending a great signal for its 120th anniversary.
