The implementation phase of a project includes the services defined and desired by each client. If we are acting as the general contractor for the entire project, we will place trade orders based on quotations. Alternatively, we can assume responsibility for construction management where we act as site manager with overall responsibility for the project, then hand over the property to the client on time and within budget. We also accompany the process of authority approvals.

Our trade partners are well-established companies and craftsmen, most of whom operate throughout Switzerland. We coordinate, organize, and monitor the correct provision of services and guarantee agreed quality, costs, and deadlines. When needed, we also collaborate with trade partners recommended by clients. We enjoy working with Swiss companies and local industry players.
