Procurement

With the same focus we place on our clients, we work closely and reliably with our craftsmen and suppliers. As a general contractor, we are not only responsible for the planning, tendering, and execution of all trades, but also for their coordination and management, including building services (HVAC and plumbing), electrical installations, timber and metal construction, as well as joinery, drywall, plastering, and painting. All works are tendered, awarded, and managed under our direct responsibility. We procure furniture and technical equipment through established partners, including refrigeration and cooking appliances, monitors, illuminated signage, lighting, and access control systems. Where required, we also manage logistics such as transport, storage, and service, providing a single point of responsibility from planning to completion.
