The design, created by a former Wüst architect, is modern and inviting – so successful that many customers opt to sit down for a coffee instead of simply making a purchase. teamtischer was responsible for project planning, including scheduling and budgeting, as well as detailed execution design and construction. A former 250 m² car dealership was transformed to include a retail area, a comfortable seating area, and a kitchen. Over the course of the project, teamtischer faced several challenges. The start of construction was delayed by three months due to objections, numerous requirements from the municipal water authority had to be met, and the tricky installation of a monoblock unit in the limited space above the refrigeration/freezer room had to be mastered. “It’s simply beautiful!” say customers as they relax with a coffee, enjoy a snack, or indulge in a small sweet treat.
