After completing the gym construction, our client decided to renew both the reception area and the more than 30-year-old restaurant. With teamtischer as general contractor for design, planning, and execution, the challenge was to realize the client’s vision and align it with operational requirements — across 250 m² in just six weeks.A new floor, partially clad ventilation elements, and additional lighting now give the space its attractive new look. The redesigned reception desk is both functional and streamlined, while the restaurant features a new counter with a display case. Product presentation is now integrated directly into the furniture rather than being spread across individual stands. A counter and seating area around the kitchen core, along with high tables and sofas in the sports sections, create a cool and welcoming atmosphere. teamtischer continues its involvement at the site with the construction of the center’s retail area.
