A demanding yet rewarding challenge: the complete renovation and expansion of the Amavita pharmacy in the Centre Planète in Charmilles, all while the store remained open. On behalf of the client, teamtischer handled the entire process: securing permits, preparing execution plans, awarding trade contracts, and managing construction from start to finish. To keep operations running, renovation and expansion of the 350 m² retail space were carried out in two phases. The expansion area was first dismantled and rebuilt according to the new layout and opened for sales by the end of April. Work then shifted to the existing section, which was reconstructed to match the updated design for both the back office and sales area. On July 4, the completed ‘new’ pharmacy opened its doors to customers, marking the successful completion of the project.
