For this project, the term "a new beginning" applies in several ways. The founding of the new joint-stock company was accompanied by a new organization. And the old "tourism bureau" was transformed into a modern, bright, and customer-friendly tourist office adapted to current requirements.

The focus was on the combination of classic and modern materials, which symbolized the integration of traditional and current values, and the functionality of the space.
