The challenge was tough. The launch of the new "Vertuo" capsule system involved equipping Nespresso boutiques throughout Switzerland. From Geneva to St. Gallen, and from Basel to Lugano, this back-and-forth took place on the night of 24-25 September, 2018.

Describing the project in a nutshell, it took comprehensive design and planning, detailed preparation, and impeccable execution. The key data are impressive: 8 assembly teams, 12 vehicles, 19 boutiques, 23 employees, 95 installed furniture pieces, 540 operating hours, and 6300 km of distance were used by teamtischer. We are proud to note that the installations were completed in time for the opening of the shop on 25 September in all boutiques.
