After the premiere of KIKO’s new store concept at the Mall of Switzerland, rollouts continued at the Avry Centre (FR) and the Emmen Center (LU). In Avry, KIKO relocated as part of a center restructuring — effectively a complete rebuild of the 73 m² shop in the new layout. teamtischer served as general contractor, with project management based in Pfäffikon and site supervision handled by the Romandie team. All trades — including floors, walls, ceilings, electrical, and HVAC systems — were executed under teamtischer’s coordination. At the Emmen Center, the existing 83 m² sales area was upgraded to match the new concept. Here as well, teamtischer acted as general contractor, carrying out modifications to the ceiling, storefront, bulkheads, and advertising displays. In both projects, furniture and lighting were supplied and installed by KIKO’s vendors — efficiently coordinated by teamtischer. And yes, everything came together just as planned.
