KIKO Milano enlisted teamtischer to refresh its shops on Rue Saint-Laurent in Lausanne and at Zurich Main Station. Serving as the general contractor, teamtischer managed various trades, including plasterers/painters, floor layers, electricians, plumbers, and visual merchandising. Furthermore, it was necessary to integrate a foreign furniture supplier and their installation team – directly commissioned by KIKO – into the construction process, and ensure the delivery coordination of the lighting fixtures, also sourced from a foreign supplier by KIKO. Managing external trades and suppliers within a tight schedule placed high demands on the project manager.

In both Lausanne and Zurich, teamtischer executed an exceptional job, involving local and third-party suppliers. At both locations, three weeks of closure time were sufficient to carry out the shop refresh.
