Once again, teamtischer took on the role of the general contractor overseeing all trades. Given the location within a shopping center, it was crucial to coordinate all activities with the center management and their in-house companies. Commonly, shopping centers schedule noisy operations outside of regular opening hours. Consequently, the dismantling of the floor, walls, ceiling, heating, ventilation, and electrical installations occurred exclusively during nighttime. The new construction could then, being less noise-intensive, mostly take place during the day.

In a noteworthy first, teamtischer handled the installation of the shop fittings rather than relying on the furniture supplier. Moreover, effective coordination of numerous third-party supplier appointments was essential. Thanks to the seamless collaboration of all involved partners, the project was successfully completed in just over a month.
