teamtischer was already involved in the creation phase of the preliminary project. In the planning phase, teamtischer implemented specialized plans for ventilation and cold rooms, prepared the building permit, and tendered the trades. During the implementation, teamtischer served as the general contractor for the entire project.
Particularly weighty in terms of costs and effort, but also in kilos, was the HVAC area with ventilation and cold rooms. For the monobloc, which was lifted with a crane, the canopy had to be reinforced. Electricians, plasterers, floorers and tilers, and carpenters and painters worked hand-in-hand until the on-time handover. The final steps, such as cleaning, decorations, and foliation, were carried out by the client.
