It is not easy to build inside a shopping center. Delivery routes are long, the "noisy" work is only supposed to be done at night, and the house rules are extensive. Nevertheless, teamtischer dismantled an old shop and constructed a new boutique in the Glatt Shopping Mall in just seven weeks. Floors, walls, ceilings, the shop façade, ventilation, electronics – everything was dismantled and rebuilt, or at least adapted. Finally, we also installed new furniture.

As part of the renovation of a building complex at Löwenstrasse in Zurich, the entrance area of the Nespresso Boutique had to be adapted. During the store’s working hours, the existing equipment was protected from construction emissions with a dust screen. teamtischer then made the necessary adjustments to the ceilings, walls, floor, ventilation, and electronics. The biggest challenge turned out to be the integration of our work into the overall building complex renovation, which was planned with a longer time horizon and executed at a slower pace than our project.
