On behalf of EMI Conseil, the general contractor, teamtischer supported this project with an onsite project manager. Our task was to provide support to trade partners commissioned by EMI Conseil during construction, and to ensure the quality of execution and adherence to schedules. The construction took place in a well-known location, in the middle of the protected zone of Lucerne's historic Old Town. It required great attention, and the installation of the new ventilation system presented architects, engineers, master builders, and ventilation engineers with major challenges. But all’s well that ends well: the blue Swarovski World opened its doors just in time for the Christmas season shopping crowds.
