It wasn’t teamtischer’s first project for Swarovski—but this one was entirely different. The airside of Zurich-Kloten Airport is a highly unique work environment, with numerous regulations, permits, and approvals to navigate. Managing this administrative maze is a major challenge for any project lead—made even more complex by coordination with airport security.

The architectural plans were provided by Swarovski. Acting as general contractor, teamtischer renovated all floors, walls, ceilings, and lighting. This required adjustments to the electrical and HVAC systems. Furniture and lighting fixtures were delivered directly by manufacturers and installed by teamtischer. New signage now ensures that Swarovski stands out immediately to travelers from around the world.
