The shop in the Mall of Switzerland near Lucerne marks the Swiss premiere of Kiko’s new store concept. teamtischer acted as the general contractor, responsible for the building permit and execution of the construction. The application was based on plans provided by Kiko. The project kicked off with the dismantling of the existing premises. Within just six weeks, new flooring, walls, ceiling, roller shutter, ventilation, and electrical systems were installed. The ceiling work in particular turned out to be especially demanding.

Furniture and lighting for the 75 m² store were installed by the Italian supplier—with the lighting, of course, in collaboration with a local electrician. As the local architect, teamtischer was in charge of scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating all work. The verdict: Switzerland’s most beautiful Kiko store is a success. The shop is spacious and bright, featuring elegant furniture and lighting that allows for truly attractive product displays.
