From a structural point of view, "état brut" means something like "shell construction." In the case of the Amplifon project in Aigle, however, this description concealed a considerable number of pitfalls that caused numerous challenges during the project. The new branch of Amplifon in Aigle was built in the new residential and commercial building located right next to the station. The "old" store in Aigle appeared confined and modestly equipped. The new location needed to improve those shortcomings.

teamtischer had considered the feasibility of the project in advance and provided a corresponding rough costestimate with references to the special structural requirements. In the building application and planning, specific questions arose around those interfaces related to the basic structure , which had to be clarified with the responsible general contractor in several meetings and long discussions. As part of the contract, teamtischer created the layout and furnishings, planned the areas for air conditioning, ventilation, and electric installations, and prepared the entire documentation for the building application. In its function as general contractor, teamtischer was also fully responsible for the implementation of all trades. With its ambience and an intelligent space layout, the new store clearly differs from the old one. The Aigle branch of Amplifon has turned out well and makes its customers happy. Want proof?
