This restaurant with a historic background is located on the site of the former Swiss rail car and elevator factory in Schlieren – popularly known as "Wagi". The newly built Bio-Technopark at Wagistrasse 12 houses two medical institutes of the University of Zurich and several hundred workplaces in the surrounding area. This makes for a promising environment for a new restaurant.

In the era of Uber Eats and other services, with their "everything is deliverable" business model, it became a challenge for the operating company ZFV to constantly present new, attractive, and changing catering offerings. The solution was found in a permanent Flavourbox. The basic idea conceived by the ZFV was turned into reality by teamtischer.

The existing buffet building of the Wagi S was equipped with a system of carrier plates that accommodate the custom-made magnetic sheets. The gastronomic theme is currently changed monthly. The magnetic sheets are so easy to replace, it can be done by the staff themselves in less than an hour. The reusable films are then stored in cardboard rolls for the next time.

"Burger Specials," "Chopped Salads," or "Ramen Noodles" now make guests happy at in the Wagi S. Together with the ZFV, teamtischer is delighted about the successful completion of the project and the success of the concept with the audience. Enjoy your meal!
