The term "center" applies twice to this project. On the one hand, the new dean & david restaurant in St. Gallen is in the Neumarkt, the claim of which is "Shopping in the center." On the other hand, the attractive restaurant, with its indoor and outdoor tables, is located at a very central and visible spot in the middle of the Neumarkt area.

As part of the overall renovation of the Neumarkt 2 building, dean & david decided to build its first restaurant in St. Gallen. Undoubtedly, not only has dean & david benefitted, but the Neumarkt Center has, too. The contemporary, modern gastronomy and take-away concept perfectly complements the diverse offer in the center.

teamtischer planned and implemented all phases of this project as general contractor. The interior design was developed together with the client and is based on the client’s CI specifications. The basic development of the restaurant was carried out together with the property owner, as the entire Neumarkt 2 building was undergoing a total renovation.
The interior fittings were installed by teamtischer specialists.
