Dunkin' Donuts took over both locations, because of their good pedestrian frequency in the station underpasses. And in both cases, teamtischer conducted the negotiations on behalf of the client regarding the takeover of the existing inventories in the shops. We examined floor coverings, ceilings, ventilation systems, and electrical and sanitary fittings, evaluated their value, and negotiated the takeover prices to the best interest of our client.

After signing the leases, as general contractor, teamtischer planned the premises and the interior design, coordinated all trades, and produced all the furniture. The creation of illuminated and other signs was just as much a part of the overall performance as the selection of colors and images for the restaurants. In parallel, teamtischer created a catalogue with comprehensive specifications and descriptions that summarizes key execution details and will simplify future projects.
