Peggy Sage's project came to us across the language barrier. The cosmetic chain has 30 stores in France and 8 stores in Switzerland. The challenge: the representatives of Peggy Sage spoke only French, while the representatives of the shopping center in Spreitenbach and the craftsmen spoke only German. As a result, the client encountered major problems when planning electrical works. To clarify these interfaces, Peggy Sage brought teamtischer in. We acted as an intermediary between the center management, the authorities, and the electrical companies, coordinating the tender for electrical works with local electrical partners and subsequently supervising the works.

Our charismatic French-speaking client found that, while charm can be helpful, both Swiss standards and Swiss authorities can be quite strict. Following several successful teamtischer solutions for problems in the expansion phase, such as ceiling cladding or ventilation, the new shop opened on 14 June 2018.
