A challenge of a different kind arrived in early March from Altishofen, Lucerne. Allocare Ltd., an internationally active Swiss software company, develops expert solutions for asset management. The construction of their new website had stalled. teamtischer was called in because we have a reputation of being a partner for whom there is no such thing as “can’t be done.”

Just two days later, the initial meeting with the client took place. After exchanging information on expectations and the work carried out to date, teamtischer proposed a workshop. All relevant stakeholders and decision-makers were gathered around the same table.

As a basis for the workshop, teamtischer revised the logic of the page, then presented a new sitemap, as well as the new approaches for menu navigation and implementation. We considered the preparatory work that had already been done. Subsequently, teamtischer created new copy, or edited the existing copy, and helped define the imagery concept. In the second workshop, both text and images were defined. By mid-May we were already finished, and the new website went live.
