Multiple Challenges –
Singular Success
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, monument protection, historic building materials, lack of basic plans: these are just some of the challenges we had to overcome in our first project for dean&david. The historic building, with its parquet flooring, vaulted cellars, and beam ceilings (hourdis) placed special demands on the interior design and building technology. For example, ventilation and cooling pipes had to be routed through several third-party properties (offices, cellars, practices) and over adjacent flat roofs. Without meaningful plans to guide us, this was a truly nerve-wracking enterprise.
This audacious operation was accomplished successfully: dean&david now occupies 3 ½ floors, providing healthy and sustainable food and beverage offerings. Over 40 seats inside and 20 outside create a nice ambience for guests. teamtischer is proud to have successfully completed this project on schedule as a general contractor for all trades.
